We accept returns or exchanges for up to two weeks after items are received. Sale, special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email our customer service department at sales@b5linenyc.com for a return authorization number. If you do not obtain a RA #, your package will not be accepted. Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. 

Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.

In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return.

Repairs
We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 6 months after date of purchase.*b5 line reserves the right to refuse unreasonable repairs.


To request a repair, please contact customer service department at sales@b5linenyc.com, and they will issue you a repair number. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please include your issued repair number in your return package.


*Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
